Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply when you create an account or use Venture Builder OS. By creating an account you accept them.
1. The service and who provides it
Venture Builder OS is provided by Ocean Capital ApS, CVR 34608601, Denmark ("we"). It helps you organise material about a venture, read it into structured claims, score readiness against the evidence behind it, and plan next steps.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for the people you invite into your organization.
- The service is intended for business use.
3. Plans and payment
- The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page.
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Prices exclude any applicable VAT unless stated.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- If a plan is downgraded, existing data stays readable; creating or changing content that needs the higher plan is paused.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to what you upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models. You must have the right to upload the material you add.
5. AI output
Analysis is produced with AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Results are proposals for you to review; they are not investment, legal or financial advice. Decisions you make based on the service are your own.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other customers' data, no overloading or reverse-engineering the service, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may improve or change features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time in account settings; see the Privacy Policy for what is deleted. We may end the agreement with 30 days' notice, or immediately for a serious breach.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes go to the Danish courts, with the court in Copenhagen as the first instance.
